| Question: I am a Kingwood Photo Club member. How do I get started? |
Answer: Login to the gallery. If you dont have a username, request one at gallery@kwphotoclub.com. Click "Admin mode", then "Create/order my albums" and create your first photo album. Then click "Upload" to copy images to your album.

| Question: How Do I login? |
Answer: Click "Login", submit your username and password and check "Remember Me" so you will be logged in on the site if you should leave it.IMPORTANT:Cookies must be enabled and the cookie from this site must not be deleted in order to use "Remember Me".

| Question: Why can I not login? |
Answer: Anyone may view images on the gallery, but only members of the Kingwood Photo Club may login to the gallery and post photographs. To be able to login you must contact the gallery administrator at gallery@kwphotoclub.com and request a userid and password before you can login.

| Question: What if I forgot my password? |
Answer: If your email address is included in your Profile, then you may Use the "I Forgot My Password" link. Otherwise contact the gallery administrator at gallery@kwphotoclub.com for a new password.

| Question: How do I save a picture to "My Favorites"? |
Answer: Click on a picture and click on the "picture info" link (); scroll down to the picture information set and click "Add to fav".The administrator may have the "picture information" on by default.IMPORTANT:Cookies must be enabled and the cookie from this site must not be deleted.

| Question: How do I rate a file? |
Answer: Click on a thumbnail and go to the bottom and choose a rating. You must be logged in to rate a picture.

| Question: How do I post a comment for a picture? |
Answer: Click on a thumbnail and go to the bottom and post a comment. You must be logged in to post a comment.

| Question: How do I upload a file? |
Answer: Click "Upload"and select the album that you want to upload to, click "Browse" and find the file to upload and click "open" (add a title and description if you want to) and click "Submit"

| Question: Where do I upload a picture to? |
Answer: You will be able to upload a file to one of your albums in "My Gallery".

| Question: How Do I create albums? |
Answer: Click "Admin mode", Click "create/order my albums".

| Question: What is Admin and User Mode? |
Answer: Clicking "Admin mode" exposes a menu of administrative options. Clicking "User mode" hides this menu.

| Question: What type and size of a file can I upload? |
Answer: You may upload files in any image format. Maximum files size is 1024kb. Maximum image size is 2048 pixels on any side. Total images uploaded may not exceed 20 mb. Check your profile to see your current space utilization

| Question: What is "My Gallery"? |
Answer: "My Gallery" is a personal gallery that the user can upload to and manage.

| Question: How do I create, rename or delete an album in "My Gallery"? |
Answer: Click "Admin-Mode"Click "Create/Order My Albums"and click "New". Change "New Album" to your desired name.You may also rename and delete albums in this way.Click "Apply Modifications".

| Question: How can I modify and restrict users from viewing my albums? |
Answer: Click "Admin Mode"Click "Modify My Albums. On the "Update Album" bar, select the album that you want to modify.Here, you can change the name, description, thumbnail picture, restrict viewing and comment/rating permissions.Click "Update Album".

| Question: How can I view other users' galleries? |
Answer: Click "Album List" and select "User Galleries".

Navigating the Site |
| Question: What's "Album List"? |
Answer: This will show you a list of all of the albums in the photo club gallery. with a link to each album.

| Question: What's "My Gallery"? |
Answer: This feature lets a user create their own gallery and add,delete or modify albums as well as upload to them.

| Question: What's the difference between "Admin Mode" and "User Mode"? |
Answer: This feature, when in admin-mode, allows a user to modify their gallery (as well as others if allowed by the administrator).

| Question: What's "Upload File"? |
Answer: This feature allows a user who is logged in to upload a file to an album in their gallery.

| Question: What's "Last Uploads"? |
Answer: This feature shows the last images uploaded to the gallery.

| Question: What's "Last Comments"? |
Answer: This feature shows the last comments posted.

| Question: What's "Most Viewed"? |
Answer: This feature shows the most viewed images.

| Question: What's "Top Rated"? |
Answer: This feature shows the top rated files and their average rating. Ratings go from (best) to (worst).
