Coffee and Cars at The Woodlands

This is one of the best monthly free car shows in the Houston area. Not only does it have lots of unusual and rare vintage vehicles but also plenty of classic "muscle" cars as well as high end modern luxury vehicles. The event is held in The Woodlands at the Market Street retail shopping center and the reason it is so early on Sunday morning is that the show ends at 10 am when stores start to open. But early morning light is perfect for photographing cars, the soft even light and open shade make the chrome really pop and shows off the perfect paint jobs on the vehicles. And September typically brings nice weather and clear skies to SE Texas. As the saying goes, "The early bird catches the worm" and early morning makes for great photographs!
