Our Club is going to have a booth at the Kingwood Arts Festival on October 25th. We need members to staff the booth and represent our club.

About the event
We participated last year at this event and felt that it was beneficial for promoting our club within the community and a way to meet potential new members. We aren't selling anything other than ourselves as a club that promotes photography.
Since this is a 6 hour afternoon/evening event we understand you might not be able to be there the entire time. Please indicate on the registration form the time slot you can prefer or multiple time slots. The event officially starts at 3pm but we need to get set up at least a half hour before. We will have a pop-up tent canopy and some tables, I will bring some photographs for display purposes as well as flyers to hand out.
Volunteers should bring a lawn chair to be more comfortable, water and sunblock would also be good. It would be great if whomever is in the final tim…
