Photography of the St. Jude Annual Fundraising Walk

Part of our Club’s Mission Statement is to give back to the community through our photography. Many of us have been witness to the devastating effects of cancer. Our club secretary, Mona Bowman recently told me how she was helped as a child by St. Jude and that she volunteers at their annual charity walk. She mentioned they need around 4 volunteers to take pictures of their annual fundraising walk.

The organizers have asked us to be at the event at 6:30 am so we will leave the church parking lot at 5:30. We should be done by 10:30 am. Most likely they are looking for positive people shots, such as people waving, smiling, thumbs up, walking alone or in groups. They may give more insight on this on the morning of the event.
