About the event
Every year since 2008 on the first Saturday in October the Scott Kelby Worldwide Photo Walk has taken place. It's a call out for all photographers from beginners to pros to get out and meet up for a photo walk somewhere in their city.
This year I will lead a walk in and around The Ismaili Center which is part of a distinguished network of Ismaili Centers around the world, each offering a place for spiritual reflection, cultural exchange, and public dialogue. The architecture is really beautiful, with soaring vaulted ceilings, intricate details and many beautiful water features. The British born architect used many features inspired by Persian architecture and Muslim communities around the world.
We will meet up at Kingwood First Baptist Church to carpool down at about 7:30 to the center near Montrose and Allen Parkway. The center and parking garage opens at 8 am so our goal…
