In the interest of minimizing the number of emails flooding your mailbox we’re trying to make sure we don’t send out unnecessary reminders and notices. We ask that you look for information on our website instead of expecting something in your inbox.

Case in point: this last week we posted an event as well as a news post which came out on Mondays email blast, about this month’s photographer’s luncheon. We also posted in the Facebook group. In spite of that we received complaints that people didn’t know about the lunch, so we reinforced the notice with an email. Our monthly lunches occur every month on the second Wednesday of the month, the Wednesday before our monthly meeting.

In coming months we will not send out lunch group reminders by email but will post, as we did this month.
