2026 Lone Star College Picture Exhibition

Our club has been invited again to submit images for their summer exhibition. This year the exhibition will be for our club and The Woodlands Photography Club! The dates for the show at the gallery are July 22 - September 2nd.

As far as we know it is the same as last year, no themes or categories, just submit up to 8 of your best images for them to choose from. The print sizes will be the same as last year and prints will need to be on 20" x 24" mats.

Aspect ratios and print sizes

1:1 16" x 16" print

1:2 10" x 20" print

2:3 12" x 18" print

4:5 16" x 20" print

We will have more information on image resolution for printing soon for those that need help with this. Digital submissions should be the same as we ask for on our Share & Learn and Event images, 2000 pixels on the long edge at 100 ppi and a jpeg quality of around 80%. We have not yet been given an image upload link.

March 1st Digital Images must be submitted

April 1st College will notify those who's images are chosen

April 23 Contacts for legal department at due.

TBD Date for prints to be delivered to gallery

TBD Date to help hang the show

July 24th 5-7pm Evening artist reception

July 19th 12:30-2:30pm Daytime artist reception

Now is the time to start thinking about images you would like to submit and possibly print. Keep in mind the aspect ratios that are required and the print sizes and crops. Big prints need good quality images!
