Harris County Precinct 3 Bus Trips

In case you were not aware, our Harris County Precinct 3 offers many interesting bus trips for different events and places to visit. Generally, those of us in and around Kingwood want to sign up for the bus trips from Kingwood or Humble, there are trips from all over Precinct 3 so it is important to choose a bus trip pick up location near your home.

Recently they had a trip scheduled for the Hemi Hideout which is a great place for car and neon sign photos and also one to the Houston Center for Photography. The Hemi Hideout trip was postponed until May due to a schedule conflict. It's worth checking to see if the trips interest you and you can add your name to the list, even if the list is full, you can add to the wait list. Chances are a lot of people drop off at the last few days and you often get to go on the trip with no problems.

You do need to be 50 or older and reside in the boundaries of Precinct 3 to be eligible to go. Not too hard for our group for the most part, I think! Generally they post the trips at the first of the month for 2 months out. We can try to do a club trip with one of these but they have a cut off of 26 or 39 passengers depending on the bus scheduled for the trip.
