Membership Renewals

A year ago we changed our membership renewals from every January to one year after they started. In other words we now have true annual memberships that renew a year after purchased. If your current membership began after Jan 1, 2025 your renewal will occur on that later date in 2026. Each member can only own one membership (family or individual) the system will not allow existing members to buy a second membership… in other words if you go in and attempt to renew by simply buying a new membership it won’t work. Since Photo Club memberships are valid for one year from the date you were entered into the system you will receive an automated reminder 30 days before your renewal date. This message will include your renewal date and a link with instructions. To keep your membership active and avoid any interruption in club access or benefits, simply follow the instructions in the email to complete your renewal before the due date.

Our membership coordinator receives a monthly list of expiring memberships so you may also receive some encouragement for him. Be patient. This is our first pass through this renewal cycle. There may be some issues. Thanks for understanding.
