The prices for camera memory cards, SSD storage drives and RAM are SKYROCKETING!

If you have been thinking of buying some more memory cards for your camera, getting an SSD drive for storage or upping the RAM on your computer you better act fast! Prices are skyrocketing for all kinds of digital memory. This is due to the fast growing AI industry as well as high power data processing centers and bitcoin mining. As these industries increase it will only mean higher prices for consumers for digital storage. It will most likely also effect the price you pay for cloud based backup storage as well as cloud based AI image enhancement as their cloud costs will rise and they will have to pass it on. For instance, Adobe AI credits may cost more and they may give you less free ones each month.

In November 2023, I purchased a Samsung T7 4tb SSD drive on Amazon for $200. This past June I got another one for $285! That same drive costs $385 today, almost double what I paid for the first one.
